    Set up a free 15 minute discovery call. We will discuss your goals and determine whether we are a good fit!

  • Package Options

    Initial 60 minute 1:1 consultation where we will dive into your lifestyle, nutrition goals, training, medical, and diet history.

    Initial sessions are followed by 30-45 minute follow-up sessions.

    Customized nutrition recommendations for daily life, training, and race day nutrition plan.

    Unlimited email or text support between sessions.

    I offer three, six, and eight session packages.

  • A La Carte

    If you feel motivated on your own, want ongoing support following a package, or you’re looking to fine-tune training and race planning: 60 or 30 minute sessions.

Every athlete is unique. As a long time athlete and runner (when the 1 mile run in middle school is your jam, you realize you’ve known all along), I know it can be difficult to understand what nutrition approach is best for you. I use an evidence-based approach to help athletes of all levels train to be their strongest, avoiding injuries and enjoying the process along the way.

 Topics may include:

  • Proper nutrition surrounding training cycles

  • Fueling before, during, and after training or races

  • How to carb load before half and full marathons

  • Race day nutrition

  • Optimal recovery with appropriate nutrition

  • Hydration and electrolyte needs

  • Nutrition for injury prevention

  • Vegetarian or vegan athletes

  • Proper use of vitamin, mineral and sports supplements

  • Learn to ditch the diet mentality and instead optimize performance

Notes

  • Individual sessions will be conducted via phone or a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform

  • Sessions expire 1 year from purchase date

  • Payment is due at time of service, and I do not accept insurance at this time. I can provide you with a statement you can submit to your insurance company, but there is no guarantee of reimbursement
